I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your Password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Open the MariBank app.

2. From the login screen, tap Forgot Password?

3. Enter your registered mobile number with MariBank and tap Next.

4. If prompted, enter your Secure PIN. If you have forgotten your Secure PIN, you may choose to enter a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.

5. If prompted, complete Singpass Face Verify.

6. Create your new password and tap Next.

7. Your password has been successfully updated.
