If you would like to close your MariBank account, please contact our 24-hour Customer Service hotline to initiate the process.
Mari Savings Account or Mari Business Account:
- Please ensure that you have a S$0 deposit balance in your account.
Mari Business Loan (Credit Line / Term Loan):
- Please ensure that all existing loans (including unbilled instalments) have been fully repaid before requesting for account closure.
Mari Invest:
- Please ensure that you have no investment holdings when requesting for account closure.
Mari Credit Card and Instant Loan:
- Please ensure that you have no outstanding balances (including pending transactions and unbilled instalments) before closing your account. As Instant Loan is a feature of Mari Credit Card, do note that you will be closing both Mari Credit Card and Instant Loan when account closure is initiated
Kindly note that any account closure is permanent and cannot be reinstated.
Should you want to open another account with MariBank again in the future, you will need to go through the onboarding process again.
We may continue to retain your account information (including your personal data, transaction information and other relevant data) even after you have closed your account to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Please refer to MariBank's Privacy Policy for more information.
