How to activate the Kill Switch to freeze account activities if I suspect fraudulent activities on my account

If you suspect that you are a victim of a scam, you can temporarily suspend access to your account by activating Kill Switch via the MariBank app.

Tap here to activate Kill Switch now.

Please provide the following details to activate the Kill Switch:

- NRIC / FIN

- Date of Birth

- Contact Number

To access the Kill Switch via MariBank app:

1. Log in to the MariBank app.

2. Tap Me on the Homescreen.

3. Tap Help Centre.

4. Under Frequently Asked Questions, tap on “How to activate the Kill Switch to freeze account activities if I suspect fraudulent activities on my account."

If you are unable to login to your MariBank account:

1. Tap ? at the top right of the login page.

2. Under Frequently Asked Questions, tap on “How to activate the Kill Switch to freeze account activities if I suspect fraudulent activities on my account."

3. Tap on Activate Kill Switch.

If you do not have access to your MariBank app:

Contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team at +65 6995 8688 to freeze your account.

Once the Kill Switch is activated, your account will be immediately blocked and the following activities will be suspended:

- Access to the MariBank app

- All outgoing fund transfers (Incoming funds to your account will not be affected)

Upon the successful activation of Kill Switch, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the mobile number that you have provided. Following which, our Customer Service Team will contact you for further investigation within the next business day.

If you wish to unblock your account, please reach out to our Customer Service Team.
