If you are viewing this article from a webpage, follow these steps to access the Kill Switch via MariBank app:
1. Launch MariBank app.
2. Tap ? at the top right of the login page.
3. Tap Kill Switch under Quick Access section.
If you do not have access to your MariBank app, contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team at +65 6995 8688 immediately.
Once you activated Kill Switch, your account and card will be blocked immediately and the following activities will be blocked:
- Access to the MariBank app
- Outgoing fund transfers
- Card transactions on Mari Debit Card/Mari Credit Card
Incoming funds to your account and existing eGIRO arrangements that were pre-authorised will not be affected. Pending card transactions {hyperlink to: https://www.maribank.sg/help-centre/article/10395-what-are-pending-transactions} up till the point of Kill Switch activation may still be posted.
Upon the successful activation of Kill Switch, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the mobile number that you have provided. Following which, our Customer Service Team will contact you for further investigation within the next business day.
