When can I place my order and when will it be processed?

With 24/7 digital accessibility, you can place your investment order anytime at your convenience.

However, the processing time may vary across different products. To find out the processing time of each product,

1. Log in to the MariBank app.

2. Tap Mari Invest on the homescreen.

3. Tap on the product you are interested in.

4. To make a buy order, tap on the Buy button. To make a sell order, tap on the Sell button.

5. Tap on Order Processing Time at the bottom of the page.

For orders which have been placed, to view the order status and estimated order completion date of your orders,

1. Log in to the MariBank app.

2. Tap Mari Invest on the homescreen.

3. Tap Transactions at the bottom of the page.

4. Select the relevant order.
