When can I place my sell order and when will it be processed?

With 24/7 digital accessibility, you can place your investment order anytime at your convenience.

For instant withdrawal orders, you may place your orders anytime, including weekends and non-business days, and receive the amount immediately.

For non-instant withdrawal orders placed before 7:30am on a business day, the order will be processed on the same day.

For non-instant withdrawal orders placed after 7:30am or on a non-business day, the order will be processed the next business day.

You may also view the sell order status by tapping Transactions and selecting the relevant sell order.

Do note that all sell fund orders placed will automatically be processed as instant withdrawal orders, subject to a daily cap of S$10,000 per customer per day.
