My order is being processed as a non-instant withdrawal order. Why can't I place an instant withdrawal order?

Your sell order may not be processed as an instant withdrawal order due to one of the following reasons:

1. The total cumulative daily sell amount has exceeded the daily instant withdrawal limit of S$10,000.

For example, you have completed an instant withdrawal order of S$8,000 today and you wish to sell another S$3,000.

If you place a sell order of S$3,000, it will be processed as a non-instant withdrawal, and you may expect to receive the amount within the same business day if your request is submitted before 7:30am. Otherwise, you may generally expect to receive the S$3,000 by the next business day.

Alternatively, you may place two orders and withdraw S$2,000 instantly, and expect to receive the remaining S$1,000 within the same business day if your request is submitted before 7:30am. Otherwise, you may generally expect to receive the S$1,000 by the next business day.


2. The instant withdrawal feature is temporarily unavailable.

You may still submit sell requests and expect to receive your cash within the same business day if your request is submitted before 7:30am. Otherwise, you may generally expect to receive the cash by the next business day.
