Why are there negative or $0.00 daily returns displayed for Mari Invest?

The funds offered through Mari Invest are not immune to market fluctuations and similar to all other investments, the Unit Price of the funds may fluctuate up, down or remain the same from time to time.

Reasons why there are $0.00 daily returns

1. The daily return is based on the change in Unit Price of the fund from the previous business day. For example, if the Unit Price remains the same from the previous business day, the daily return reflected will be $0.00.
2. On certain days, the increase in Unit Price of the fund may not be reflected due to rounding. However, it is still being accumulated and will be displayed when the change is sufficient when rounded to 4 decimal places (for Lion-MariBank SavePlus, Unit Price rounding is to 4 d.p.).

Reason why there might be a negative daily return

If the Unit Price of the fund declines from the previous business day, the daily return reflected will be negative (less than $0.00).
