When will I receive my Mari Credit Card cashback?

For Shopee spend, you will receive your cashback in Shopee Coins in your linked Shopee Account once your order is confirmed on Shopee and/or after transaction settlement is completed between Bank and Shopee. You may view your Shopee Coins history in My Shopee Coins page on the Shopee app.

Your order is deemed to be confirmed when you confirm via the Shopee app that you have received the goods which you purchased or when your payment is released to the Shopee seller which you purchased from.

For other spend, your cashback will be reflected in your Mari Credit Card cashback balance on the MariBank app within 5 business days after your transaction is confirmed.
