A dormant account is an account that has not been logged in for 24 consecutive months or more.
If your account is dormant, access to the MariBank app will be restricted to keep your account safe. During this time, you will not be able to access the following services until you reactivate your account:
• Access to your account via the MariBank app homepage
• Perform any banking transactions
• Apply for other MariBank products
To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to your MariBank app and follow the instructions shown. For security purposes, you will need to complete a Singpass Face Verification and update your personal details.
To prevent your account from becoming dormant, simply log in to your account via your MariBank app periodically.
