What is the Accounts, Facilities and Services Resolutions?

The Accounts, Facilities and Services Resolutions (AFSR) is a document passed by the board of directors of a corporation or the partners of a partnership or limited liability partnership to authorise the establishment of a banking relationship between the corporation, partnership or limited liability partnership (as the case may be) with MariBank.

The AFSR also defines the rights and authority of Approved Persons and Authorised Users; and nominates the Approved Persons of the corporation, partnership or limited liability partnership (as the case may be).
