"Signing Conditions" refer to the actions that the Approved Person or Authorised User (as the case may be) are authorised to take in respect of the Mari Business Loan and/or the Mari Business Account (as the case may be) within the MariBank app, and are generally set out in the Accounts, Facilities and Services Resolution provided by you to us in respect of your Mari Business Loan and/or Mari Business Account (as the case may be).
Please note that for any loan drawdown request under the Mari Business Loan (Credit Line) or any repayment instruction under the Mari Business Loan (Term Loan) or Mari Business Loan (Credit Line), the default signing condition is singly, regardless of the signing condition you may have selected in the Accounts, Facilities and Services Resolution provided to us during the application process. Apart from the above actions, as well as the setting of limits for withdrawals and transfer of moneys from your Mari Business Account and the acceptance of any Loan Offer Letter relating to your Mari Business Loan (Term Loan), all other actions may only be taken in accordance with the signing conditions selected by you as above.
