Local Transfers
Ensure that your transaction has been successfully completed by checking your Transaction History page.
To view your transaction history, please follow these steps:
Log in to the MariBank app.
Click Transactions on the homescreen.
If your transaction has been successfully completed but your recipient has not received the transferred amount, please contact our Customer Service Team via our in-app Live Chat for further assistance.

"Transfer submitted successfully"
We have received your transfer instructions and they are being processed. We will also provide you an estimate on when your funds would arrive at the recipient bank. For more information, click here.
"Transfer sent to recipient bank"
MariBank has sent your funds to the recipient bank. However, it may still take a few business days for the recipient bank to process and credit the funds to your recipient bank account. If your recipient has not received the transferred amount after a few business days, please ask your recipient to contact their bank directly. For some destinations, there are specific documentation verification requirements. For more details, click here.
"Transfer received by recipient" (Applicable to Alipay / UnionPay / UPI or Weixin Pay only)
The funds have been credited to your recipient. If your recipient has not received the funds, please ask your recipient to contact their bank immediately.
For Weixin Pay, please confirm with the recipient if they have completed the account binding settings on Weixin via the text message link. If applicable, make sure they checked the box to confirm their relationship with the sender. If the above has been completed but more assistance is required, the recipient will need to contact Weixin Customer Support.
"Transfer unsuccessful"
The overseas transfer was unsuccessful / rejected. The refund will be processed to your account, less any applicable fees or FX losses, if any. It may take up to a few business days before the funds are returned to you. For more details, click here.
