What should I do if I have made a transfer but my recipient has not received it?

Ensure that your transaction has been successfully completed by checking your Transaction History page.

To view your transaction history, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the MariBank app.

  2. Tap Transactions on the homescreen.


If your transaction has been successfully completed but your recipient has not received the transferred amount, please contact our 24-hour Customer Service hotline immediately.
