Why did my buy order get cancelled?

Your buy order may have been cancelled due to one of the following reasons:

For PayNow QR orders only:

  • The order was Pending Payment and payment was not made by the order expiry date.
  • The order was manually cancelled by you.


For all orders:

  • You requested for a cancellation of your buy order and the cancellation was successful.
  • The system encountered a payment error and the order cannot be processed.
  • You have made payment with an account that is not in your name (bank account holder's name does not match your name in our records).


You may choose to place a new buy order instead.

View the status of your buy order by tapping Transactions and selecting the relevant buy order.
