How do I check the details of my fund and holdings?

You may view the details of your fund holdings with the following steps

  1. Go to the Mari Invest home page.
  2. Tap on Current Market Value to view the details of your holdings (Current Market Value, Total Return, Unit Holdings and Unit Price).

What does each value in your holdings details mean?

Current Market Value is the current value of your fund holdings at any given time based on the latest available fund price, including any in-progress sell amounts.

(Unit Holdings x Unit Price) + In-progress sell amount = Current Market Value

For example, 10,000 unit holdings x S$1.10 unit price + S$1,000 = S$12,000 current market value.

Total Return represents the total gain or loss since your first investment. It is the sum of returns from your existing investment holdings (unrealized returns) and returns from investments you have sold (realized returns).

Unit Holdings represent the total number of units in the fund that you own. It is also the number of units you have available to sell. Any unit holdings that are currently in the process of sale, are excluded from this amount.

Unit Price is the latest price per unit (or Net Asset Value) of the fund.
