Total Return refers to the sum of your total unrealised return and total realised return.
Unrealised return refers to the unrealised profit or loss on your investment i.e. the current market value of any holdings you own less the original investment amount.
Realised return refers to the profit or loss actualised after your holdings have been sold. In other words, it is the sale price of units which have been sold minus the price you paid for them.
Difference between Total Return and the Past 4-Week Return
The Total Return figure displayed within the mobile application is based on a calculation of your actual investment amount(s) and transaction flows.
The Past 4-Week Return figure on the other hand, refers to the historical return of the Lion-MariBank SavePlus fund for the past 4 calendar weeks, presented on an annualised basis. It is calculated based on the fund's historical prices and may be presented using a different time frame from the actual dates of your buy and sell transactions.
