You can replace your card via the MariBank app with these steps:
1. Log in to your MariBank app.
2. Tap Card on the home screen.
3. Tap Settings icon on the toolbar.
4. Tap Replace Card.
5. Select your reason for replacement.
If you have requested to replace your physical card but have not received it after 5 business days from your order confirmation date, please contact our Customer Service via In-App Live Chat.
