What happens to my Mari Credit Card cashback if I made a refund on my card transactions?

1. Confirmed transaction eligible for cashback

When a refund is made on an eligible transaction, the bank clawbacks the corresponding cashback amount from the available cashback in your Mari Credit Card. You will see this reflected as "Cashback Deduction" on the Mari Credit Card cashback history page.

2. Pending transaction eligible for cashback

When a full refund is made on a pending eligible transaction, the pending transaction will be removed from your Mari Credit Card Transaction page and you will not receive the cashback.

When a partial refund is made on a pending eligible transaction, the final cashback earned will be updated based on the non-refunded amount and added to your available cashback.
