Local Transfers
Successful transfers will be displayed on your Transaction History.
To view your transaction history, please follow these steps:
Log in to the MariBank app.
Click Transactions on the homescreen.
If your transfer is not reflected in the Transaction History page, but the amount has been debited from your account, please contact our 24-hour Customer Service hotline immediately.
Overseas Transfers
Overseas transfers that have been submitted will be displayed on your Transaction History.
To view your transaction history, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the MariBank app.
2. Click Transactions on the homescreen.
3. Search for relevant overseas transfer transaction denoted by the "Overseas" label
4. Click into the specific transaction to view its transaction details and current status.
If your transfer is not reflected in the Transaction History page, but the amount has been debited from your account, please contact our 24-hour Customer Service hotline immediately.
