Successful transfer cannot be cancelled.
Please ensure that the recipient’s account details are accurate before proceeding with the transfer.
If you have transferred funds to the wrong recipient, you may contact the recipient directly or inform Customer Service Team via our in-app Live Chat for further assistance.
Overseas Transfers
For Wire transfers, please contact our 24-hour Customer Service hotline immediately for assistance.
We will do our best to process cancellation requests but such requests are subject to processing constraints and may not always be successful, The turnaround time to process the cancellation requests vary depending on the recipient destinations and banks. Kindly note that charges may be imposed for the bank to process cancellation requests.
Upon a successful cancellation request, the amount credited back to your Mari Savings Account or Mari Business Account may be lower than the original SGD amount debited due to foreign exchange (FX) rate changes or equal to the original SGD amount debited, as the prevailing market FX rate will be applied at the time of cancellation.
We regret to inform you that successful Alipay or UnionPay, UPI or Weixin Pay transfers cannot be reversed or cancelled. For pending transactions, such as UnionPay transfers submitted outside of processing hours, we will do our best to process the cancellation requests but such requests are subject to processing constraints and may not always be successful.
For Weixin Pay transfers, if your recipient has been contacted by Weixin to provide additional documentation about the transfer, they can choose to cancel the transfer. Alternatively, if the recipient did not bind their bank card to Weixin Pay, or check on the box to confirm their relationship with the sender — the transfer will be cancelled automatically and the funds will be refunded to the sender.
