How long do I have to approve a pending transaction in the Approval Centre before it expires?

After a transaction request has been raised by an Authorised User, another Authorised User must approve or reject the request within the stipulated time as shown in the table below. Failure to do so will result in the transaction being expired.

Local TransfersWithin 7 calendar days
eGIRO RequestsWithin 2 calendar days
Overseas TransfersWithin 2 calendar days

The authorisation by another Authorised User is only applicable / required if you have selected "Any 2 Jointly" as your preferred signing condition for your Mari Business Account.
