How can I cancel my buy order for Mari Invest SavePlus?

For Lion-MariBank SavePlus fund offered through Mari Invest SavePlus, which is an Authorised Collective Investment Scheme, you may submit a cancellation request to us for buy orders that are eligible for cancellation. Please note that you may only cancel your buy order if you have bought units in an Authorised Collective Investment Scheme.

Download the cancellation form here and email the completed form to help@maribank.sg.

Alternatively, you may email help@maribank.sg to request for a copy of the cancellation form.

Cancellation requests received by 23:59 (SGT) on business days will be processed by the next business day.

You may select one of these methods to receive your cancellation refund.

Refund to Mari Savings Account

No additional documents are required for refunds to Mari Savings Account.

Refund to a non-MariBank deposit account

For the crediting of funds to a third party bank account, MariBank will require the bank statement of the account you are instructing us to send the refund proceeds to as an additional layer of verification.

You will be required to provide a bank statement displaying your name as the account holder and complete a Singpass Face Verification check before the cancellation will be processed. Please ensure that the account holder's name on the statement matches your name registered with MariBank.

You may access Singpass Face Verification via the Help Centre in the MariBank app.

1. Log in to the MariBank app.

2. Tap Me on the Homescreen.

3. Tap Help Centre.

4. Tap Facial Verification.

Follow the instructions to complete the Singpass Face Verification process. This will need to be done within 30 minutes of submission of the cancellation form.

Your cancellation will only be considered submitted upon completion of the Singpass Face Verification.

A confirmation email with the cancellation confirmation note will be sent to you upon successful cancellation.

You will receive your cancellation refund within 7 business days after the cancellation has been processed.
