Your transfer may be rejected for many reasons.
For example, it can be rejected and refunded if your recipient did not complete the account binding settings on Weixin via the text message link, or did not confirm the relationship with the sender within 48 hours after getting the notification. This is applicable for “Family Support (to Close Relatives)” transfer if the recipient received it from a sender for the first time via Weixin Pay.
Your transfer could also be rejected if the recipient’s receiving limit has exceeded.
