I am having problems with my registration. What should I do?

  • Ensure that your device has stable internet connectivity.

  • Input a valid 8 digit Singapore mobile number without any spaces.

  • Your password should be alphanumeric, and between 8 to 16 characters long.

  • Your device is able to receive SMS.
