If you have chosen to receive payouts in cash to your Mari Savings Account, you may have failed to receive your payout as you have exceeded the maximum deposit amount in your Mari Savings Account.
To receive your payout, please withdraw your payouts to an alternative bank account. You may do so with the following steps:
1. Go to your Mari Invest home page.
2. Under My Holdings, tap on the fund you are interested in.
3. Above the Payouts section, tap on the failed payment order(s).
4. Tap Retry Payment.
5. To the right of the Withdraw To, tap on your current payment method, and select another payment method. Then, tap on Confirm.
6. Your payouts would be credited to your selected bank account.
