How do I cancel my Mari Invest order?

You may cancel your buy or sell order in the MariBank App before the relevant cut-off times for each fund by following these steps:

1. Go to your Mari Invest home page.

2. Under Transactions, tap on the order you wish to cancel.

Alternatively, you may tap onto the relevant product under My Holdings and look for the relevant transaction in the product page under Transactions.

1. At the top right corner of the Transaction Details, tap on 'Cancel Order'.

2. Confirm to cancel your order by tapping "Yes" when prompted.

Please note if the relevant cut-off times for the buy or sell order processing have passed, the option to cancel the order will no longer be available.

For more information on the relevant cut-off times for your buy or sell order, you may refer to the Order Processing Time:

1. Log in to the MariBank app.

2. Tap Mari Invest on the homescreen.

3. Tap on the product you are interested in.

4. Tap on the Buy or Sell button.

5. Tap the hyperlink at the bottom of the page to view the Order Processing Time.
