What is the Mari Invest SavePlus Christmas Campaign Dec 2025 Promotion?

The Mari Invest SavePlus Christmas Campaign Dec 2025 Promotion is a promotion that is extended to selected MariBank customers on an invite-only basis. Eligible customers who fulfil the promotion criteria will receive Bonus Returns for their Incremental Investment. Subject to the Mari Invest SavePlus Christmas Campaign Dec 2025 Promotion Terms & Conditions (“Promotion T&Cs”).

“Purchase Period” means the period from 1 Dec 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (both dates inclusive).

“Holding Period” means the period from 1 Jan 2026 up until 31 Jan 2026, 23:59 (both dates inclusive).

“Holding Value” refers to the sum of the Original Investment and Incremental Investment amounts which includes any pending buy and sell order(s).

1. How are the Bonus Returns estimated to an additional return of 1.41% p.a.*?

The estimation is based on:

S$6 worth of Bonus Returns / S$5,000 of Incremental Investment x 365 days / 31 days

* The estimated promotional additional return of 1.41% p.a. is based on an Incremental Investment amount of S$5,000, and your exact additional return may differ based on your actual investment amount, which could be in excess of multiples of S$5,000. It may also differ based on your actual Incremental Investment amount, which could be in excess of multiples of S$5,000.

2. What is the maximum Bonus Returns that can be enjoyed?

The maximum is S$120 worth of Bonus Returns per customer, for a maximum Incremental Investment of S$100,000.

The Incremental Investment will be recognised in multiples of S$5,000, with any amounts in excess of such multiples disregarded for the purposes of calculating the Bonus Returns.

3. On the last day of the Purchase Period, I submitted a buy order for Mari Invest SavePlus at night. It was only completed the next day. Will my buy order be assessed?

Yes, any buy orders submitted by 23:59 on the last day of the Purchase Period will be assessed, as long as they are completed successfully. All successfully completed buy orders are assessed based on their submission dates, and not on their completion dates. The same applies for sell orders.

4. I made buy orders of Mari Invest SavePlus before/after the Purchase Period. Can those buy order amounts be counted too as part of the Incremental Investment?

Buy orders made outside of the Purchase Period will not be counted for the calculation of the Incremental Investment.

5. Can I make sell orders of Mari Invest SavePlus during the Holding Period?

Making sell order(s) of Mari Invest SavePlus during the Holding Period that results in your Lion-MariBank SavePlus fund holdings to fall below the Holding Value on any particular day within the Holding Period, will lead to a disqualification from the campaign eligibility. However, you can place buy order(s) and sell order(s) on the same day, as long as your net Holding Value at the end of the day (i.e. 23:59 hrs) is maintained at or is above your Holding Value as illustrated in Example 1. Similarly, buy order(s) made on previous days during the Holding Period can offset sell order(s) made subsequently, as long as you maintain at least the Holding Value as illustrated in Example 2.

Example 1: Buy order placed to offset sell orders placed on the same day.

Example 2: Buy order placed on previous day used to offset sell order on subsequent day.

6. Can I sell my existing holdings of Mari Invest Income and then make buy orders of Mari Invest SavePlus to enjoy the Bonus Returns?

The Incremental Investment in Mari Invest SavePlus must be made with Fresh Funds, meaning funds that are not from the sale of your existing holdings of PIMCO GIS Income Fund Admin SGD Hedged - Inc in your Mari Invest Account at any time during the Purchase Period.

7. How and when will Bonus Returns be credited?

Bonus Returns will be credited in the form of bonus units of the Lion-MariBank SavePlus fund to your Mari Invest Account by 28 Feb 2026. Successful customers will be notified via MariBank mobile app. Bonus units are units of the Lion-MariBank SavePlus fund, which are awarded to eligible customers who fulfil the Promotion criteria. These units that are credited to your Mari Invest Account are considered part of your holdings of the relevant fund and contribute to the overall Current Market Value.

8. Is there a limit to how many customers can enjoy the Bonus Returns?

Yes, the Bonus Returns are limited to the first 5,000 eligible customers who fulfil the Promotion criteria.
