What do I need to take note of when uploading my bank statement?

If your actual income is higher than our estimation displayed to you during Credit Limit Increase application and you wish to submit your bank statement as additional documents, or if you are requested to upload a copy of your latest bank statement, please ensure it fulfils the requirements below:

- Original PDF format

- Not password protected

- File size should be less than 10MB

- Contains salary crediting transaction from your employer. For seniors, a bank statement with CPF payouts is an acceptable alternative. For example, if the date that the bank statement is submitted is on or before 5 January 2025, you should upload either your November 2024 or December 2024 bank statement. If the date is from 6 January 2025 to 5 February 2025, you will need to upload your December 2024 or January 2025 bank statement.

Please note that if you choose to submit additional document during Credit Limit Increase application, your application will be considered successfully submitted only upon the upload of your bank statement. Alternatively, you can choose to skip the upload.
