Increase Credit Limit
Mari Credit Card holders may apply for a credit limit increase by following the steps below:
1. Log in to your MariBank app.
2. Tap Mari Credit Card on the home screen.
3. Go to Settings on the home screen.
4. Tap Request Credit Limit Increase under the Account(s) section.
5. Complete and submit your application.
Click here to raise your credit limit increase request.
Please note that your application is subject to the bank’s approval.
Reduce Credit Limit
To reduce your credit limit, please submit this form.
After the form submission, you will need to complete a Singpass Face Verification in the MariBank app successfully within 10 minutes so we can process your request.
Please take note of the following:
1. Your preferred new credit limit must meet the following conditions:
(a) The new credit limit must be lower than your current credit limit.
(b) The new credit limit must be at least S$500. Where the input amount is less than S$500, the Bank will reduce your credit limit to S$500, subject to fulfilment of other conditions.
(c) The new credit limit must be in multiples of S$100.
(d) If you have utilised your credit limit, the new credit limit must be higher than your utilised credit limit.
2. If your preferred new credit limit does not meet all of the conditions above or any of MariBank’s internal policies, MariBank may select a new credit limit for you that meets the above conditions and MariBank’s internal policies. The selected credit limit may be higher than the preferred new credit limit which you indicated, but it will not be higher than your current credit limit.
3. Applications/requests to increase your credit limit are subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing Mari Credit Card Credit Limit Increase.
Credit Limit Reduction Requests
The following terms and conditions apply to all Credit Limit (as defined in the MariBank Cardmembers’ Agreement) reduction requests:
1. All Credit Limit (as defined in the MariBank Cardmembers’ Agreement) reduction requests are subject to approval by MariBank Singapore Private Limited (“MariBank”), the satisfactory fulfilment of MariBank’s criteria including any applicable credit policies, and the completion of all required documentation as notified to you, and all information and documents (including bank statements) provided in connection therewith, being assessed by MariBank as satisfactory. Such requests shall collectively be known as “Requests” and shall each be known as a “Request”.
2. MariBank has the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether to approve a Request and all matters relating to Requests, and shall be under no obligation to provide any reason or prior notice for its determinations.
