What should I do if my Instant Loan drawdown amount has not been received?

First and foremost, please check whether your loan request has been successfully approved. Most applications are processed instantly, so you might have seen the successful approval message right after submitting your loan drawdown request. If not, you will be notified by SMS and email of your loan request status.

Once your loan request has been successfully approved, you should be able to identify it in the 'My Loans' list

1. Go to MariBank App

2. Click on 'Loans' , it is on the right side of the homepage screen

3. Click on "My Loans"

4. Tap on the loan to check the loan details. Disbursed account details will be listed here.

If you successfully identified your approved loan in the 'My Loans' list, but the amount is not reflected in your Mari Savings Account, please contact our 24-hour Customer Service In-app Live Chat or hotline. To help us assist you better, please let our Customer Service know that your cash loan drawdown request has been approved but it failed to be disbursed to your Mari Savings Account.
