Why are some transactions not reflected in my current statement?

Your statement will contain posted transactions dated from the 21st of the previous month up till 20th of the current month.

Transactions will not be reflected if they meet either of these scenarios:

(i) The transactions are not posted. This includes any instalments that are not due.

(ii) The transactions were posted after 23:59 on the 20th of the month.
