How will a successful Split Payment application affect my Mari Credit Card credit limit?

You will utilise your Mari Credit Card's available Credit Limit when you successfully apply for a Split Payment plan.

When you make a transaction on your Mari Credit Card, the available Credit Limit will be reduced by the transaction amount.

Upon approval of your Split Payment application, the transaction amount will be converted into an Approved Transaction Amount (as defined in the Terms and Conditions Governing Split Payment). The available Credit Limit on your Mari Credit Card will also be further reduced by an amount equivalent to the Split Payment Processing Fee.

E.g.: You made a transaction of S$3,000 on your Mari Credit Card. This reduces the Credit Limit available on your Mari Credit Card by S$3,000.

Assuming the S$3,000 transaction is an Eligible Transaction (as defined in the Terms and Conditions Governing Split Payment) and the applicable Split Payment Processing Fee rate is 1.50% for the Split Payment Application:

- The S$3,000 transaction will be converted to an Approved Transaction Amount.

- The Split Payment Processing Fee is S$45 (1.50% of S$3,000). This further reduces the Credit Limit available on your Mari Credit Card by S$45.

Assuming you applied for a Split Payment Application with 3-month tenor, after repaying the first Split Payment Instalment Amount and Split Payment Processing Fee, your available Credit Limit will be restored by $1045 ($1000 Split Payment Instalment Amount, $45 Processing Fee).
