How do I obtain the bank branch code for NZD transfers to New Zealand ?

Bank-Branch Code for NZ Wires

The 15-16 digit bank account number is used for bank account transfers within New Zealand.

It consists of a 2 digit Bank Code, 4 digit Branch Code, followed by a 9-10 digit recipient account number.

For example, 01 for ANZ, 0001 for Wellington, Lambton Quay.

To verify and confirm the Bank-Branch Code, you may visit the official Payments NZ website.
