Will an inward fund transfer from my own account or another person's account qualify as a Salary Crediting Transaction?

No, it will not qualify. An eligible Salary Crediting Transaction must be a local inward SGD transfer to a Mari Savings Account successfully made via GIRO, PayNow, or FAST that carries a “SALA” or “PAYNOW SALA” purpose code or such other purpose or transaction code as MariBank may determine in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time. Any inward transfer that originates from an individual or natural person will not qualify as a Salary Crediting Transaction. This specifically excludes any inward transfers made from accounts held under your own name (whether with MariBank or another financial institution), as well as transfers from another individual or natural person.
