Here is what you should do when you find a fraudulent or unauthorised card transaction on your Mari Debit Card Statement. Verify the following before you raise a dispute:
1. Merchant Name
- Some merchants may use a different name for payment processing, so check the original transaction amount and approximate date to determine if this was authorised by you.
2. Transaction Date
- The transaction date on your statement may not be the same as the date on which your order was placed. This is usually because of the time zone differences with the overseas merchant(s).
If you suspect that there has been fraudulent activity, please lock your Mari Dredit Card by taking the following steps: Log in to your MariBank app, tap "Card" on the navigation bar, and tap "Lock Card". Please also report any fraudulent or unauthorised transactions by reaching out to our 24-hour Customer Service hotline at +65 6995 8688 or via In-App Live Chat.
