What should I do if I receive push notifications regarding Mari Debit Card transactions that I don't recognise?

If you find an unauthorised transaction on your Mari Debit Card, please lock your Mari Debit Card by taking the following steps: Log in to your MariBank app, tap "Card" on the navigation bar, and tap "Lock Card". Please also report the unrecognised transactions immediately by reaching out to our 24-hour Customer Service hotline at +65 6995 8688 or via In-App Live Chat.
