What should I do if a transaction fails but my balance gets deducted?

Local Transfers

If your transfer has failed but the amount has been debited from your account, please contact our Customer Service Team via our in-app Live Chat for further assistance.

Overseas Transfers

The refund will be credited back to your SGD account for failed transfers. However, it might take up to a few business days. Please note that the amount credited back to your Mari Savings Account or Mari Business Account may be lower than the original SGD amount debited due to foreign exchange (FX) rate changes or equal to the original SGD amount debited, as the prevailing market FX rate will be applied at the time of failure.
