I forgot my Secure PIN. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your Secure PIN, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Open the MariBank app.

2. Enter your registered mobile number and tap Login (Skip if you are already on the Secure PIN screen).

3. When prompted for your Secure PIN, tap Forgot PIN?

4. If prompted, enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.

5. If prompted, complete Singpass Face Verification.

6. Create your new Secure PIN and tap Next.

Your Secure PIN will be updated upon successful completion of the above steps.
