I forgot my Secure PIN. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your Secure PIN, follow these steps to reset it:
1. Open the MariBank app.
2. From the login screen, tap Forgot PIN?
3. If prompted, enter a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.
4. If prompted, complete Singpass Face Verify.
5. Create your new Secure PIN and tap Next.
6. Your Secure PIN has been successfully updated.
