How can I close my MariBank accounts and what should I take note of?

Kindly note that any account closure is permanent and cannot be reinstated.

Should you want to open another account with MariBank again in the future, you will need to go through the onboarding process again. Any future application will be treated as a fresh application, and is subject to your application satisfying MariBank’s criteria, including any applicable internal policies and applicable laws.

We may continue to retain your account information (including your personal data, transaction information and other relevant data) even after you have closed your account to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Please refer to MariBank's Privacy Policy for more information.

Personal Banking Accounts


To close your personal banking account(s), we recommend you to submit the Account Closure Request Form.

After the form submission, you will need to complete a Singpass Face Verification in the MariBank app successfully within 10 minutes so we can process your request.
