From 12 Sep 2024, you will have the flexibility to adjust your Personal Banking notification preferences to receive transaction alerts that are equal to or greater than a notification amount that you specify.

If you wish to adjust the notification amount that would trigger alerts, you may adjust your preferences under Personal Banking Notifications > Product Transaction Alerts via the MariBank app:
We recommend that you either keep to the default notification amount or set a lower notification amount for your transaction alerts to help you monitor and spot any unauthorised transactions in a timely manner. Please note that if you specify a higher notification amount, you will not receive alerts for outgoing transactions that are below the notification amount. This may impact your liability for losses arising from unauthorised transactions. You may refer to Section 5 of the E-Payments User Protection Guidelines issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore for more information on your liability for losses arising from unauthorised transactions.
These customised notification amounts are only applicable for Personal Banking outgoing transaction alerts. For Business Banking notifications, you will receive transaction alerts for all transaction amounts.
