How are payouts for Mari Invest Income credited? Can payouts be reinvested?

Payouts are reinvested by default, for Mari Invest Income and Mari Invest Singapore Equity.

After you have successfully submitted your first buy order, you may choose to receive your payouts as cash or automatically reinvested, via the following steps:

1. Log in to your MariBank app.

2. Tap Mari Invest on the homescreen.

3. Under My Holdings, tap on the relevant Mari Invest Income product.

4. Tap on Payout Method (Note: This selection will only be visible after you have made at least one buy order).

5. Select your preferred payout method.

6. Tap on Confirm.

Why are my payouts credited to my Mari Savings Account instead of being reinvested?

Even with “Reinvest” selected as your preferred payout method, payouts will be credited to your Mari Savings Account if (1) the monthly payout amount is less than S$1.00; or (2) your Customer Knowledge Assessment (CKA) has expired (only applicable for Mari Invest Income), hence you cannot acquire new units without a valid passed CKA. Payouts are not guaranteed and will be reviewed periodically by the fund manager. Historical payouts are not indicative of future payouts. Payouts may be made out of either income and/or capital of the fund. Historical performance of the fund or the fund manager, is not indicative of future performance of the fund or the fund manager. Returns may vary and are not guaranteed.

Note: Payout Method settings are configured separately for Mari Invest Income and Mari Invest Singapore Equity.
