How do I change my card transaction notification alert threshold?

If you wish to adjust the notification amount that would trigger alerts, you may adjust your preferences under Personal Banking Notifications > Loans and Credit Cards > Credit Card Transactions > Notification Threshold.

We recommend that you either keep to the default notification amount or set a lower notification amount for your transaction alerts to help you monitor and spot any unauthorised transactions in a timely manner. Please note that if you specify a higher notification amount, you will not receive alerts for outgoing transactions that are below the notification amount. This may impact your liability for losses arising from unauthorised transactions. You may refer to Section 5 of the E-Payments User Protection Guidelines issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore for more information on your liability for losses arising from unauthorised transactions.
