What is the processing time for a Credit Limit increase request?

The processing time for your request or application to increase the credit limit of your Mari Credit Card (“Credit Limit Increase Request”) will depend on whether you have chosen to upload any bank statements as part of your Credit Limit Increase Request:

  1. If you have chosen not to upload any bank statements, your Credit Limit Increase Request will be processed immediately upon submission.
  2. If you have chosen to upload bank statements:
    1. Your Credit Limit Increase Request will be processed within 3 working days from the date of your Credit Limit Increase Request submission; and
    2. Should we require any additional document(s), we will send you an update via push notification or email within 3 working days from the date of your Credit Limit Increase Request submission. Please promptly provide the requested document(s) so as to avoid delays.
