When will the fund be credited back to my account for failed overseas transfer?

For Wire transfers, the refund may take a few days, depending on the transfer status and the recipient banks.

For CNY transfers to Alipay or UnionPay, the refund will be credited back to your account within the next 2 business days.

Please note that the amount credited back to your Mari Savings Account or Mari Business Account may be lower than the original SGD amount debited due to foreign exchange (FX) rate changes or equal to the original SGD amount debited, as the prevailing market FX rate will be applied at the time of return.
