Why can't I use my card immediately after adding it to Apple Pay or Google Pay?
We have enhanced our security measures to provide you more control and protect your credit card details from being phished, leaked, or compromised before being added to your digital wallet. To activate your Apple Pay or Google Pay, you will need to approve the request by tapping "Confirm" for the push notification sent within 24 hours.
If you are unable to find the push notification, check the "🔔" (bell) icon at the top-right of the Home Page. Alternatively, go to the "Card" section at the bottom of the Home Page and look for the banner "Authorise Card for Digital Wallet".
