If you are an existing Mari Credit Card customer and want to apply for a Mari Debit Card, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance via In-app Live Chat.
Please note that if you proceed and your request is successful, we will replace your existing card with a new card. Your existing Mari Credit Card (virtual and physical card, if any) will be cancelled immediately. You will have new card details including a new card number, expiry date and 3 digit Card Verification Code (CVC). If you already have a physical card, you will receive a new physical card, which will be delivered to your preferred mailing address. Please note that you will need to update your new card details for any existing payment arrangements or digital wallets you have. With the new card, the default card spending mode will be in Credit Card Mode. You can switch card spending modes between Credit Card Mode and Debit Card Mode through the MariBank App.
