What should I take note of if I wish to cancel my Mari Debit Card?

Kindly note the following when cancelling your Mari Debit Card:

1. Once cancelled, your Mari Debit Card cannot be reinstated. This means that your current Mari Debit Card number will be invalid and you will no longer be able to view your transaction history or cashback. You will not be able to perform further transactions or banking services linked to the Mari Debit Card.

2. Prior to the cancellation of Mari Debit Card, any cashback balance will be credited to your Mari Savings Account.

3. Similarly, any negative cashback will be charged to your Mari Savings Account.

4. Any cashback that is awarded after Mari Debit Card is cancelled cannot be redeemed.

5. This cancellation applies only to your Mari Debit Card. All your other MariBank products and services remain active and operational.

Please ensure the following conditions are met before cancelling your Mari Debit Card:

1. You should have no pending transactions.

2. You are not expecting any refunds.

3. You have no ongoing transaction disputes.

4. You have no redeemable or chargeable cashback.
