Why was a higher amount sold via Pay with Mari Invest SavePlus than what was required to complete my payment and transfer from Mari Savings Account?

For Mari Invest SavePlus, the Minimum Sell Amount and the Minimum Holding Amount are S$1.00 respectively.

Hence, the amount sold via Pay with Mari Invest SavePlus exceed the shortfall amount due to one or more of these reasons:

1. The shortfall in your Mari Savings Account balance to complete the payment or transfer is less than S$1.00.

2. The Automated Sell Amount required to cover the shortfall in your Mari Savings Account for the payment or transfer will result in the Current Market Value of your Mari Invest SavePlus holdings falling below S$1.00.

The adjusted amount that was sold from your Mari Invest SavePlus holdings will be fully utilised in the payment or transfer from your Mari Savings Account.
