How to update the address from my profile?

For your security, residential address updates require verification by our team and cannot be edited directly in your profile. Please contact Customer Service via in-app live chat with your proof of residential address document for assistance.

We accept the following documents as proof of residential address: Bank Statement, Government Documents and Telco Bills. Please ensure that your documents are

  • Issued within the past 3 months
  • Clearly showing your full name and residential address
  • An original PDF soft copy (photocopies, scanned copies or images are not accepted)
