How long is the Bonus Interest period?
- New User Bonus Interest: Credited for a period of 30 calendar days starting from the date your Mari Savings Account is successfully opened.
- ShopeeVIP Program Bonus Interest: Earned daily, starting from the day you successfully fulfill all of the following, up until the end of the Promotion Period, or until you are no longer a member of the ShopeeVIP Program (whichever happens earlier):
- the linkage with Mari Savings Account and your Shopee account;
- membership criteria; and
- claiming the ShopeeVIP bonus interest rate on the Savings Account page in the MariBank app.
- Salary Crediting Bonus Interest: Earned daily, starting from the calendar day immediately following a Salary Crediting Transaction till the end of the following calendar month. Please refer to the following examples to illustrate what comprises the Salary Crediting Bonus Interest Crediting Period:
- When a Salary Crediting Transaction is made on 17 August 2026, the Salary Crediting Bonus Interest Crediting Period will apply from 18 August 2026 to 30 September 2026.
- When a Salary Crediting Transaction is made on 31 August 2026, the Salary Crediting Bonus Interest Crediting Period will apply from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026.
